If You Have Trouble Ordering Toothpaste from the Website

If you encounter problems while trying to place an order for Beyond Toothpaste, feel free to write your issue here. I check this blog every day and I will personally ensure that you get your toothpaste.

  1. I am having difficulty purchasing from your website. After filling out the quantity and billing/shipping address, then clicking the Pay Now link, everything disappears and the screen goes blank, stating "Done".

    I have ordered repeatedly before, yet have never had this problem.

    Please advise as to how to proceed via internet. Thank you.

  2. You can call me at 619.384.0310 and I will ensure that you get your toothpaste. We are currently re-building the website and ironing out the glitches. My advice is to try one more time to order via the internet and if that doesn't work, call me and I will take your order. Thanks, Leah

  3. I have been ordering and using your toothpaste for a long time. But, I've got a BIG problem with my last order. I ordered 4 tubes on March 26th (at the main website) and the money was taken out of my account a few days later.I have never received my toothpaste. I called the 760 phone# on the main site, finally reached a "Joanne" who has now lied to me twice about getting me my toothpaste. Please help!!!!!!!!!

  4. I've been using your toothpaste for years now BUT have been unable to get your product and you have already taken it out of my account more than a month ago. What's with you guys!!!
    I usually try to think the best of people BUT YOU ARE MAKING ME CHANGE MY MIND!

  7. I placed an order for 3 of your beyond toothpaste products and its going on 8 days and I have not received any of the product. Nor have I heard any information about it. I have a confirmation number and receipt if needed. So I will know when I should be getting it none of your phone numbers seem to be current thank you

  8. Hi, as I stated above, I don't work for Beyond Toothpaste any more, but I still get these notifications. Try to send an email to Joanne@thewholewhey.com and tell her your situation. Report back here if you still cannot get your order and I'll try something else. David Webster, the inventor of Beyond Toothpaste passed away recently, so I don't know how everything is proceeding. I know that's not reassuring news, but I just want to be as honest as possible.
